What is the CRM Contact/Company Dashboard?

The Contact Dashboard in Unificus provides a centralized hub for managing all information related to a specific contact. You can review and modify profile details, credentials, notes, sales opportunities, and more from this single location.

Likewise, the Company Dashboard serves as your central workspace for handling a particular company’s data. You can access and update company details, linked contacts, notes, sales opportunities, and additional information without leaving the page.

This unified interface allows you to complete numerous tasks in one place.


Accessing the Contact Dashboard

Begin by navigating to CRM > Contacts.

You’ll need an existing contact in your system to view its dashboard. CLICK HERE to learn how to set up a new contact.

Select any contact from your list to open its dashboard. You’ll see a detailed overview of the contact’s information plus interactive elements for managing related data.


Accessing the Company Dashboard

Start by going to CRM > Companies.

An existing company must be in your system before you can view its dashboard. CLICK HERE to learn how to create a company.

Select the desired company to display its dashboard. The interface shows the company’s profile summary along with various interactive features.


The Home tab appears by default on the dashboard. From here, you can explore many platform sections while staying on the same page and viewing only items connected to this specific contact.

Quick Action Header

Your contact’s profile picture and assigned role appear in the top-left corner. Use the arrow icon to access the Quick Switch menu for jumping between different contacts.

Assign or change the Coordinator responsible for this contact using the coordinator avatar at the top of the screen. Click the avatar to select a new team member from the dropdown.

Select the icon to manage Salesperson Visibility. This feature controls whether sales staff can access contacts they’ve claimed. CLICK HERE to learn about Salesperson Visibility.

Click the + button to reveal actions you can perform related to this contact. Most actions keep you on the dashboard.

Add Note: Compose a text entry with additional contact information. CLICK HERE to learn about Notes.

Copy Integration UID: Duplicate the unique identifier for this dashboard.

Set Placeholder Links: Configure shortcuts for /your-project, /your-files, /your-calendar, and /your-start-page. CLICK HERE to learn about Placeholder Links.

Resend Invite: Deliver the portal access invitation again (only appears if the contact hasn’t accepted yet). CLICK HERE to learn about Portal Access Invitation.

Copy Invite Link: Duplicate the portal invitation URL to your clipboard (only appears if not yet accepted).

Change Password: Manually reset the contact’s account password (only appears if the invitation was accepted).

Click the X icon to return to your Contacts list.


CRM Dashboard Placeholders

Dynamic Data Placeholders let you insert contact or company information and direct links throughout the platform. These are available in text editors used for Portal Pages, Documents, Flow messages, Form notifications, and more. Using these placeholders creates quick links for your team to access the appropriate dashboard.

Use the Target Dashboard placeholder when your editor applies to both company and contact records.
