OFFICE: Payments/Receipts
View and manage payment records and receipts in Unificus for staff and clients.
What is a Payment?
Payments linked to Invoices, Subscriptions, or Checkout Forms are tracked within Unificus. These transactions may originate from an integrated Payment Gateway or be entered manually by your team.
How can internal staff see Payments?
Team members with Office Toolkit permissions can access all Client payments by navigating to Office > Payments.
This displays every payment received across your Client base. To retrieve or print a Receipt, select the Receipt button for the desired transaction.
You’ll find icons available to Print or Download the Receipt.
What does the Client see?
Clients with Portal access can visit Office > Payments to review their complete payment history for Invoices, Subscriptions, and Checkout Forms.
Selectingt the Receipt button next to any transaction opens that Receipt.
Clients can then use the available icons to Print or Download their Receipt.
