PORTAL: Placeholder Links

What are Placeholder Links?
Placeholder Links function as intelligent shortcuts for use across Portal Pages, Announcements, Project Updates, Notices, and similar content areas. These links automatically recognize which Contact is accessing the Portal and route them to the appropriate destination.
Where can I configure Placeholder Links?
Navigate to CRM > Contacts list, select a contact, then pick Set Placeholder Links from the Options menu.
A modal window will appear, showing all available Placeholder Links configured for that specific Client.
Some Placeholder Links are static—they consistently direct users to one fixed location. Others are dynamic, giving you the flexibility to determine where that particular Client gets sent when they click the link.
Dynamic Placeholder Links
/your-project
With the /your-project link, Show the most recent Project is the default setting. When this option is active and the Client has Projects assigned, the Project with the newest creation date displays when /your-project loads.
Alternatively, you can select Show Projects Page to display the general Projects list instead.
You also have the option to pin a specific Project from the available list.
