CRM: Follow-ups

Learn how to create, manage, and view follow-ups in Unificus to track meetings and business events.

What is a Follow-up?

A Follow-up (previously known as an Event) serves as a scheduled reminder for your business activities. This feature helps you stay organized by tracking meetings, presentations, and other planned engagements connected to your work.

To assign a sequence of Follow-ups to a Contact, you can create a Follow-up Generator.
