PARTNER: Unificus Profiles
Learn how to create and apply Unificus Profiles to streamline Child Account setup.
What is a Unificus Profile?
A Unificus Profile is a collection of pre-configured content that you can deploy to a new Child Account. It serves as a convenient template for Unificus Partners, eliminating the need to recreate the same materials for each Child Account.
You have the ability to transfer the following:
- Email Marketing Templates
- Drip Sequence Templates
- Document Templates
- Business Sectors
- Content Categories
- Proposal Templates
- Portal Page Templates
- Form Templates
- Invoice Items
- Custom Fields
You can also replicate your existing Translations configuration during this process. Additional details are provided below.
How do I create a Unificus Profile?
Go to Flyout Menu > Unificus Dashboard.
Select the Unificus Profile option.
Provide a Title for your Profile. This label is for your own use only and will not be visible to any Child Accounts.
For each category, use the available dropdown to choose which content elements to include.

How do I apply my Translations to a Child Account?
When setting up a Unificus Profile, you have the option to copy your complete current Translation configuration and apply it to the Child Account.

Note that translation sets are independent between accounts—they do not automatically sync. Once you establish a Child Account using your Unificus Profile, future changes to your account’s Translations will not automatically transfer. You may, however, edit Translations directly within the Child Account.
IMPORTANT: Enabling this option applies your current Translation setup at the moment of Child Account creation. This action will replace any existing Translations in that Child Account and cannot be reversed.
How do I apply a Unificus Profile to a new Child Account?
After your Unificus Profile is ready, click Customers in the top navigation. Alternatively, go to Flyout Menu > Unificus Dashboard.
Select the +Add Customer button.
In the Customer creation dialog, locate the Unificus Profile dropdown menu to choose your desired Profile.
