OFFICE: Proposal Templates - Full & Page
Learn to create and manage Full and Page proposal templates in Unificus.
What is a Proposal Template?
A Proposal Template serves as a pre-configured foundation for building proposals. Rather than starting fresh every time, you can establish a template with predefined layouts, styling, colors, fonts, logos, and page structures that you can then customize to fit your specific needs.
You have two options:
- Full Templates include complete content settings, page margins for PDFs, color schemes, typography, logos, and multiple pages.
- Page Templates are individual pre-built pages that you can insert into proposals without affecting other customizations.
Creating a Full Template
Begin by navigating to Office > Proposals.
In the top navigation menu, hover over Proposals and select Full Templates.
Select the +Add Template button.
The template creation process mirrors proposal creation, using only foundational options. The Accept & Sign and Thank You pages are included by default. To add more pages, click Add a Blank Page.
Build page content using the Content Block Editor—the same tool used for Dashboards and Portal Pages.
To add Dynamic Data Placeholders, click the {x} button within a Text Block.
