What is a Campaign Template?
A Campaign Template serves as a pre-designed email blueprint for building Campaign Emails and Drip Sequences. Rather than starting from scratch each time, you can establish a foundational structure that’s ready to be customized and reused.

How do I create a Campaign Template?
Start by navigating to Marketing > Templates and select the +Add Campaign Template button. You’ll then choose your template type: either Marketing Template or Drip Sequence Template.
Choose your Editor
The next screen presents editor options for your workflow.
Begin by configuring your Campaign Template Settings.
Title: Enter a descriptive name for your Email Template (for internal use).
Advanced Options: Toggle these settings if you need to eliminate padding or disable the email wrapper to unlock additional design flexibility.
Template Content
Every editor supports Dynamic Data Placeholders (DDPs) — special fields that automatically pull in reader-specific details when the email is sent.
Use the icon above to select your Font Options.
Click Preview to see your template as recipients will view it. Use the device icons (desktop, tablet, mobile) at the top to test how it appears across different screen sizes.
When finished, click Save.
What happens next?
Your template becomes available in the dropdown menu whenever you create a Campaign Email or Drip Sequence Email. Simply select it, and the template content appears ready for any final adjustments.
