PARTNER: Unificus Partner Program
Learn how to set up and manage child accounts as a Unificus partner.
I’ve officially joined the Unificus Partner Program! What next?
Once you’ve completed your Unificus (previously Reseller) application, a new menu option called Unificus Dashboard will appear in your Flyout Menu. This is your control center for managing all your “Child” Accounts.
Creating a new child customer account
To set up a new Child Customer Account, select the +Add Customer button.
A form will open where you can input the details for this child account. The information you enter here is for your internal reference only—your customers won’t see it, and you can update it whenever needed.
Choosing a plan
Your first step is selecting which plan works best:
- Free Trial: Set up an account at no cost. After 30 days, it automatically pauses (you can upgrade to a paid option later).
- Pinnacle: Our premium tier at $69/month, charged upfront and recurring monthly.
- Thrive: Our mid-level tier at $34/month, charged upfront and recurring monthly.
- Start: Our entry-level tier at $14/month, charged upfront and recurring monthly.
Note: If Start and Thrive don’t appear in your dashboard, you’re currently authorized to offer only Pinnacle at $69/month. To unlock the other tiers, you’ll need to sign an updated Unificus Partner Agreement. Contact help@unificus.com for assistance.
You also have the option to apply a Unificus Profile when creating the child account.

Using a lifetime license
If you’ve purchased a lifetime licence (Unificus Re-Key Code), you can enter that code in the Re-Key Code field instead of selecting a plan.
Entering child account details
You’ll need to provide the following information:
- Organization/Company Name: The official name for the child account.
- First Name: The first name of the Super Admin (your customer).
- Last Name: The last name of the Super Admin (your customer).
- Email: The email address for the Super Admin.
- Address Line 1: Will appear in the child account’s Company Settings. If unknown, use your partner information.
- City: Will appear in the child account’s Company Settings. If unknown, use your partner information.
- State/Province: Will appear in the child account’s Company Settings. If unknown, use your partner information.
- ZIP / Postal Code: Will appear in the child account’s Company Settings. If unknown, use your partner information.
- Country: Will appear in the child account’s Company Settings. If unknown, use your partner information.
You can toggle whether to send a Portal Access Invitation right away or wait until later.
Setting Super Admin permissions
The contact you add here becomes the Super Admin, with elevated-level access. You can customize what they’re allowed to do, including options for White Label Access and viewing Integrations, API, and Webhooks.
Adjust permissions by toggling options on or off—you can change these settings anytime.
When ready, click Create Customer. Your new child account will now show in your Unificus Dashboard.
How do I customize my customer’s account?
As the Global Admin of any customer account you create, you have the highest level of access—invisible to your customers. Your customers, as Super Admins, won’t see a ‘Manage Account’ page and can’t view your subscription details with Unificus.
To customize the customer’s setup, click the Options menu and select Impersonate.
In Impersonate mode, you’re functioning as the Global Admin of their account. This unlocks all platform features, including branding and customization tools that may be hidden from your customer’s Super Admin role.
You can fully white-label the platform with either your brand or your customer’s brand (useful if you’re a design agency). If you haven’t granted the Super Admin white label permissions, they won’t see these options—but if you have, they’ll be able to view and modify them.
How do I give my customer access to the account?
Important: Set up your Custom URL before inviting any users to the child account portal. Portal Access Invitation emails sent beforehand won’t generate correctly.

When you’re ready to grant customer access, use the three-dot menu on the Unificus Dashboard to send an invitation.
Alternatively, use Impersonate to enter as the Global Admin, go to Flyout Menu > Manage Staff, and select Send Invite from the three-dot options menu.
Adding additional staff users to the child account
While impersonating, click Flyout > Manage Staff to add more team members. You can assign roles including Admin Manager, Admin, Project Manager, Office Manager, Teammate, Salesperson, or Freelancer.

Click the +Add Staff Member button.
During creation, you can immediately send a Portal Access Invitation to grant platform access.
To send an invitation later, click the Options menu and select Send Invite.
