TIP: Each account is limited to a single custom URL.
IMPORTANT: Always log in using your custom URL rather than app.unificus.com to ensure the correct address displays in your browser bar. This also guarantees that features like Form Embed Codes generate with the proper URL.
How do I change my Custom URL?
If you need to modify an existing custom URL, you must wait 24 hours after your initial setup before making changes. This waiting period prevents conflicts with our SSL automation processes.
Once the 24-hour window has passed, go to Flyout Menu > Custom URL & Login.
Select the Change my Custom URL button.
Make sure the new domain name has the appropriate CNAME record added to its DNS zone.
