White Labeling your Portal
White labeling lets you personalize the Unificus portal by applying your brand colors, logo, and configuration preferences throughout the interface.
Company Settings
Begin here by entering your organization’s core details. This information appears on documents like invoices and pulls your business logo automatically. You’ll also manage how notifications alert users accessing the portal, configure privacy rules for secure messaging functionality, and decide whether to display the Integrations menu to your contacts and team members.

Platform Branding
Now for the creative part—select your portal’s color scheme and upload your business logo, which displays consistently across every section. Pick a ready-made design theme or customize individual elements in detail. Design the registration screen your users see and build a custom loading animation that displays while pages load. You can also activate the Template Library, which provides pre-built templates to accelerate your content creation workflow.

Email Branding
Make notification messages feel like they’re from your company by setting up email branding here. Choose between Domain Verified Sending or SMTP, then add your business logo, adjust email colors, and include your footer details on every notification your users receive.

Custom URL
Ownability starts with your own login address. Follow this process to establish your custom URL—the address your users will visit to sign in. This URL remains consistent throughout the platform and appears in all generated links, including invoices and proposals.

Custom Login Page
Your users land here to sign into Unificus, so make it distinctly yours. Choose from two layout options, apply your brand colors, and upload your logo. Configure your security settings and links, then add an App Icon and Favicon for mobile viewing—plus enable your own White Label Mobile App.

Your own Mobile App
Once you’ve set up your Custom URL and Custom Login page, your White Label Mobile app automatically activates using Progressive Web App technology. Users simply visit your custom URL and install the app directly to their devices.
