Email Branding
Customize email notifications with your branding, logo, colors, and sending method.
What is Email Branding?
Email Branding lets you personalize all notification emails sent through Unificus. This covers everything from portal invitations and file upload alerts to overdue invoice reminders.
With these settings, you control how your users experience email communication. You can set who messages appear to come from, adjust color schemes, and display your company logo prominently.
Proper email branding is essential for complete white-label functionality and helps ensure your messages reach inboxes instead of spam folders.
To modify the actual content within notification emails, visit Email Templates.

How do I customize my Email Branding?
Go to Flyout Menu > Email Branding.
From Name and Company Name
Specify the From Name and Company Name that should appear in your emails.
From Name: This appears in the sender field of notification emails. You designate it here, and it populates automatically into [From-Name] placeholders in Email Templates.
Company Name: This field fills [Subject-Company] placeholders found in Email Templates.
Choose your Email Sending Method
When you first create an account, a default sending method is already in place.
By default, emails originate from your account’s Organization Name and the address no-reply@portalmailbox.com.
You can modify the global sender Name and Company Name used throughout related placeholders.
Use SMTP to send emails
Configuring SMTP allows Unificus to deliver notification emails through your own email account.
Currently active for Marketing Emails is turned on automatically.
Provide your Host details: Login/Email, Password, Port, and Encryption type. Toggle SSL warning suppression as needed. Then click Save.
