Email Branding

Customize email notifications with your branding, logo, colors, and sending method.

What is Email Branding?

Email Branding lets you personalize all notification emails sent through Unificus. This covers invitations to access your portal, file upload alerts, overdue payment reminders, and more.

With these customization options, you can adjust sender details, incorporate your company logo, and match your brand colors. Setting up email branding is essential for a fully white-labeled experience and helps ensure your notifications reach inboxes rather than spam folders.

To modify the actual text content within emails, see Email Templates instead.

Clicking Test Email Sending triggers a confirmation that your test message was accepted.

Check the inbox where you sent the test—you’ll find an email titled SUCCESS: Default Sending Method is configured properly! This shows you how your branded emails will appear.

Custom Email Logo and Colors

Upload your Company Logo to display in email notifications. For best results, use a 200px by 60px image.

Use the Logo Position dropdown to adjust alignment or hide the logo entirely.

You can also update the Background Color to match your platform’s design and set the Footer Items color, which are editable in the section below.

Personalize your footer with social media icons/links, footer text, and business details or legal disclaimers.

Add links to your social channels in the footer.

Click the arrow beside each icon pack to preview the available styles.

Check the icon pack you’d like to use, toggle the specific links you want, then use the arrows to enter your URLs for each icon.
