Your Billing Dashboard
Access your billing information, invoices, payment methods, and subscriptions in one convenient location.
What does the Billing Dashboard do?
The Billing Dashboard gives your clients a centralized hub for all their billing activities. From this single interface, they can review active subscriptions, update payment details on file, check pending invoices, process payments, approve estimates and proposals, and manage their subscription plans.
Turning the Billing Dashboard on or off
To enable or disable this feature, navigate to Flyout > Custom Menus.
On the Custom Menus page, locate the Office Toolkit submenu and select the eye icon next to the My Billing option.
Toggle the switch to show or hide the My Billing Dashboard in your clients’ menu.
Note: Only contacts assigned the Client role can access the Billing Dashboard, since this role includes billing-related permissions.
Viewing the Billing Dashboard
Since only Client contacts have access, you’ll need to either Impersonate a Client or log in using a test client account.
Go to Office > Invoices.
Select My Billing from the top menu.
Welcome section
This area displays your client’s profile picture, name, company affiliation (if applicable), and lists all active subscription plans.
Payment Methods section
Your clients can add new payment information or remove existing cards and accounts.
Note: Payment methods linked to active subscriptions cannot be removed.

Action Needed section
This section highlights recent invoices awaiting payment and estimates or proposals waiting for approval. Selecting Pay Invoice takes the client to a payment screen.
When additional items exist beyond what fits in the display, a More Action Items block appears showing the count. Clients can select Click to show complete list to view everything.
The Lifetime Summary and Active Subscriptions areas provide running totals for open invoices, pending estimates, active subscriptions, and similar metrics.
Current Subscriptions section
All of your client’s active subscriptions appear here with a Manage Subscriptions option.

Tip: Only sections with at least one item will display. For example, if your business doesn’t send proposals, clients won’t see a Proposals section.
