My Profile / Settings

Customize your personal profile, security settings, and notification preferences in Unificus.

Setting up your Profile

Your profile section lets you manage personal details specific to your account. Keep in mind that changes you make here only apply to your individual portal experience—they don’t impact your organization’s account settings.

Begin by opening the Flyout Menu and selecting My Profile/Settings.

Avatar

Upload a photo to use as your profile image. You can either click Select File to browse your device, or simply drag and drop an image directly into the designated area.

Basic Info

This section contains your essential account details like name and email address, plus room for other profile information.

If your platform includes Translation support, you can use the dropdown to choose your preferred language for the portal interface.

Change Password

To set a new password, enter it in the New Password field, then confirm it again in the Confirm Password field. You’ll also need to provide your current password for verification purposes.

Two Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of protection to your account by enabling Two Factor Authentication. You’ll need a third-party authenticator app installed on your mobile device to complete the setup.

Push Notifications

Stay informed with Push Notifications, which send portal alerts directly to your device instantly. Any notifications that appear in your in-portal bell icon will also arrive as a native operating-system notification on your phone, tablet, or desktop.

This feature works across iPhone, iPad, Android, and desktop browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari). All accounts have access to push notifications at no extra cost—it’s available for every team member and contact.
