PAGES: Creating a Landing Page
Learn how to build, customize, and manage landing pages in Unificus.
What is a Landing Page?
A Landing Page is a customizable web page you can populate with content, resources, images, and links for anyone to access via URL. Use them to distribute information, post updates, embed videos, showcase data, and more!
Landing Pages are available across all subscription plans.
How do I create a Landing Page?
To build a new Landing Page, go to Content > Public Pages.
You’ll see two pre-built Landing Pages here—these are Error Pages for displaying messages to your users. Feel free to edit and rebrand them as needed.
Click the + Public Page button and select Landing Page.

Page Options
Page Title: Enter the heading your contacts will see on the page.
Direct Link: Your unique page URL displays automatically here.
Copy to your Clipboard: Click to copy the link for sharing elsewhere.
Display QR Code: Download a PNG or SVG version of the QR code.

Friendly URL: Customize the page name in your URL (only available if you’ve set up a Custom URL in Flyout Menu > Custom URL & Login Page).

SEO Options
Title Tag: Include your target keyword to improve search engine visibility.
Meta description: Write a brief summary so search results display the page’s relevance.
Open Graphic Image: Upload a banner image (1200x630px recommended) for SEO cards and social media previews. This image appears when users share your landing page on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and similar platforms.
After setting your Page Options, click Save to begin adding page content.
Edit Page Content
The editor includes one Text Block to get you started. Click inside it to access block options.
Click the Pencil icon to edit the text block, or click X to remove it.
Use the Block Editor to build rich HTML pages with images, formatted text, and more. You can even switch to HTML source mode and embed content from YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Docs.

Multiple block types are available. Click the Circle icon to add a new block type from the options.

Click the Square icon to add more columns.
Click the icon below to save your page anytime.
Always save before leaving your landing page to preserve your work.
How do I preview the Page?
Click the preview icon above to see your page.
A modal window opens showing your content. Switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile phone views to check how it appears on each device.
How do I configure Styling Options?
Click the Palette icon below to adjust the page’s styling.
Change/Hide the Content Card
Change/Hide the Content Card
Enable this to adjust the Content Card, which is the background behind your content (white by default).
Completely Hide the Content Card: Remove the border around your content.
Change the colors of the Content Card: Keep the Content Card visible while customizing text and background colors using the Color Picker.
Change the Color/Pattern of the Primary Background
Enable this to modify the Primary Background, the main background area (light gray by default).
Change the Color of the Primary Background: Select a color with the Color Picker. You can also add a texture/pattern overlay if desired.
Use a background image instead of a background color: Upload an image file to display as the background.
Show a texture/pattern overlay over top of the background color/image: Choose from pattern options and set the pattern color and opacity. You can combine this with a Primary Background color.
Custom CSS/JS
Advanced users can add custom CSS or JavaScript here for additional customization.
IMPORTANT: Styling changes won’t appear in the editor. Use Preview Mode to see your updates.
How do I apply a Landing Page Template?
While creating or editing a Landing Page, you can load a Landing Page Template with pre-built content to skip building from scratch.
Click the icon above to select a template.
A modal opens with a preview and dropdown menu. Choose your Landing Page Template and continue editing as usual once applied.
How do I create a Landing Page Template?
To create or edit a Landing Page Template, navigate to Content > Landing Pages > Manage Templates.
Click + Add New and build your template like a standard Landing Page.
Click the 3-dot menu next to any template to Edit, Preview, Delete, or Contribute it to the Template Library.
How do I switch between my Landing Pages?
While editing, switch pages easily using the dropdown at the top right (labeled with the current page name). For unsaved new pages, the dropdown appears blank.
How do I manage my Landing Pages?
Once you’ve created pages, go to Content > Landing Pages.
Click the Options menu next to any Landing Page you want to manage.
Edit: Open the page to modify content and settings.
Preview: View the page in a preview window. Select specific targets to see dynamic private content (requires login).
Copy Link: Copy the public URL to share with viewers.
Save as Template: Convert the page into a template for future use.
Duplicate: Create an identical copy of the page.
Publish: Make the page live and accessible to anyone with the link.
Unpublish: Deactivate the page so no one can view it.
Delete: Remove the page (this action is reversible).
Who can manage/create Landing Pages?
To control which Roles have full access to Landing Pages, go to Content > Landing Pages > Settings.
Assign permissions by Role or add individual Staff Members or Teams. Chosen users will have complete Landing Pages access.
