Dynamic Image Placeholders

Upload custom logos and headers to contact and company profiles for personalized portal displays.

What are Dynamic Image Placeholders?

Dynamic Image Placeholders let you assign personalized images to individual contacts or companies in your Unificus portal. When those contacts log in, they’ll see their unique logo or header image displayed throughout their experience.

These placeholders work seamlessly with the Single Image Block feature in the Content Block Editor.

Where do I find Dynamic Image Placeholders?

Note: Image placeholder fields are only visible when editing existing contacts or companies—not when creating new ones.

For a Contact:

  1. Go to CRM > Contacts
  1. Click the Options menu next to the contact you want to customize and choose Edit

For a Company:

  1. Go to CRM > Companies
  1. Click the Options menu next to the company you want to customize and select Edit Company

Both areas include a dedicated section for adding an image or logo.

  1. Select Choose File and pick your image, or drag and drop it into the designated area

How do I use Dynamic Image Placeholders?

After uploading your images, display them on portal pages using the Content Block Editor.

  1. Navigate to Content > Portal Pages and click +Add Portal Page, or select an existing page and click Edit from the three-dot menu

  1. In the Block Options, open the Image Type dropdown and select either CRM Contact Custom Image or CRM Company Custom Image
  1. Choose which custom image variant to display: Logo Landscape, Logo Square, Header Image, or Avatar (to show the contact’s or company’s profile avatar)
