Urgent Notification Bar

Learn how the Urgent Notification Bar keeps your clients informed of critical tasks requiring immediate action.

What is the Urgent Notification Bar?

The Urgent Notification Bar is a highly visible banner positioned at the top of the Unificus platform. It functions as a persistent alert system, ensuring your clients never miss important action items that need their attention.

This banner helps you communicate urgent requests, including:

  • FLOW completions
  • Documents awaiting signatures
  • Proposals requiring action
  • File uploads requested through File Requests

What Your Clients See

Your clients will see a prominent banner at the top of their Proposal displaying “NEEDS ATTENTION,” making it immediately clear that action is required.

By selecting the down arrow, clients can view all pending assignments requiring their attention.

Your clients can then click the relevant arrow next to each item to navigate directly to the specific FLOW, Document, Proposal, or File Request they need to complete.

Managing Notification Bar Visibility

Documents

When you configure a Document Generator, you can choose whether to display the document in the Notification Bar. If you leave this option enabled, an urgent notification automatically appears in the bar once the document is generated.

Before sending a new document, you can adjust this setting as needed.

Proposals

During Proposal creation, you can control whether the proposal displays in the Notification Bar. When you leave this option enabled, an urgent notification is added to the bar as soon as the proposal becomes active.

On-Demand FLOWs

When setting up an On-Demand FLOW, you have the ability to control its Notification Bar visibility. If enabled, the urgent notification appears in the bar the moment the FLOW is assigned to your client.

File Requests

While creating a File Request, you can decide whether it displays in the Notification Bar. When enabled, an urgent notification is added to the bar upon sending the File Request.
