PAGES: Creating a Staff Profile Page
Build customizable staff profile pages in Unificus with rich content, styling options, and templates.
What is a Staff Profile Page?
A Staff Profile Page lets you showcase individual team members with detailed information, photos, videos, charts, and more. Anyone with the unique URL can access these pages. You can design a single template layout that automatically displays personalized information for each staff member through dynamic placeholders.
Profile Pages are available on all Unificus plans.
How do I create a Staff Profile Page?
Navigate to Content > Public Pages.
Click the + CREATE PAGE button and select Create a Profile Page from the menu.
Page Options
Page Title: Enter a name for your profile page.
Assigning Staff: Choose which team members should have profile pages. You can enable pages for all staff or assign them to specific individuals, teams, or roles.
SEO Options
Title Tag: Create a search engine-friendly title using your target keywords. Use the {x} icon to insert dynamic placeholders.
Meta Description: Write a brief summary that helps searchers understand the page’s relevance. Dynamic placeholders are available here too.
Open Graph Image: Upload an image (1200x630px recommended) that appears when the page is shared on social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
After configuring these settings, click Save to begin building your page content.
Edit Page Content
Your page starts with a default Text Block. Click inside it to access editing options.
Select the pencil icon to edit or the X icon to remove the block.
The Block Editor enables you to create sophisticated pages with images, formatted text, embedded videos from YouTube or Vimeo, Google Docs, and custom HTML.

Multiple block types are available to suit different content needs.
Click the circle icon to add new block types from the available options.

Click the square icon to add additional columns to your layout.
Save your work anytime using the save icon below. Always save before leaving your profile page to avoid losing content.
How do I preview the Page?
Click the preview icon to see how your page will look to visitors.
A preview modal opens allowing you to test the layout on desktop, tablet, and mobile views.
How do I configure Styling Options?
Click the palette icon to access styling controls.
Customize the Content Card
The Content Card is the background container for your content (default white).
Hide the Content Card: Remove the visible border around your content.
Change Content Card Colors: Modify the text and background colors using a color picker for each element.
Customize the Primary Background
The Primary Background is the main page backdrop (default light gray). Choose from three customization options:
Primary Background Color: Select any color using the color picker.
Primary Background Image: Upload a custom background image.
Primary Background Texture/Pattern: Apply a decorative texture or pattern overlay with adjustable color and opacity. This works independently or combined with a background color or image.
Custom CSS/JS
Advanced users can add custom CSS or JavaScript code for additional customization.
Note: Styling changes won’t display in the editor. Use Preview Mode to see your adjustments.
How do I apply a Profile Page Template?
When creating or editing a profile page, you can apply a pre-built template to jumpstart your design.
Click the template icon to open the selection modal.
Choose a template from the dropdown menu and preview it. Once applied, you can edit the page normally.
How do I create a Profile Page Template?
Navigate to Content > Public Pages.
Click + CREATE PAGE TEMPLATE and build it like a standard Profile Page.
Click the three-dot menu next to any template to edit, preview, delete it, or contribute it to the Template Library.
How do I switch between my Pages?
While working on a profile or landing page, use the dropdown menu in the top right (labeled with the current page name) to quickly switch between pages. New unnamed pages show a blank dropdown.
How do I manage my Profile Pages?
Go to Content > Public Pages to see all your pages.
Click the options menu next to any page to edit, preview, duplicate, delete, or save it as a template.
This section also displays direct links for each assigned staff member.
Click the icons to visit the page or copy its link.
Friendly URL: Create a custom, memorable URL (only available if you’ve set up a custom URL in Flyout > Custom URL & Login Page).
Who can manage/create Profile Pages?
Control access by going to Content > Public Pages > Settings.
Assign full access to specific roles, individual staff members, or teams to manage all Public Pages.
