Proposal Settings
Configure global proposal styling, notifications, and custom pages in Unificus.
How do I configure settings for Proposals?
Before you create your first proposal, it’s helpful to establish consistent defaults for appearance, notifications, and pages.
Go to Office > Proposals. In the top navigation, hover over the Proposals tab and pick Settings from the menu that appears.

These Global Settings act as the foundation for every new proposal or template you build. We recommend setting up your Styling first in Global Settings—this saves time when you create proposals later.
To adjust styling for a single proposal, click the Customization icon in the right sidebar while viewing that proposal.
Global and Individual Proposal Settings
You have the same styling options available in both Global and Individual Proposal Settings.
Customize your proposals by uploading a logo, selecting font type and size, and picking your colors.
Additional Global Settings
Beyond styling, the Global settings menu lets you manage notification preferences and customize the Accept & Sign and Thank You pages.
Notification Settings
Set up Notification Settings to alert staff when proposals are viewed or signed. Use the dropdown to choose which staff members should receive alerts for each event. You can select individual users or click All Staff to notify everyone.
You can also enable email reminders for proposals nearing expiration and trigger notifications when proposals are signed or rejected.
Accept & Sign Page and Thank You Page
Customize the Accept & Sign page and Thank You page using the built-in editor. Insert placeholders by clicking the {x} icon.
TIP: Text you add to the Accept & Sign Page appears above the signature pad.
