Announcements Widget
Display targeted messages to users on their dashboard using the Announcements widget.
What is the Announcements Widget?
The Announcements Widget lets you share messages with specific user groups right on their Dashboard when they log into Unificus. You can post welcome greetings, important reminders, external links, or virtually any other content. Each announcement can be customized for different client audiences.
Creating an Announcement
Start by heading to Content > Announcements.
Select the + Announcements button to begin making a new entry. A panel will slide open showing all customization options.
Title: The heading that appears at the top of your announcement.
Announcement: The main message body. You can format this using the built-in editor with either visual or HTML mode—just like building a webpage.
Make a sticky announcement: Check this option to anchor your announcement at the top of the widget. Normally announcements sort by date with newest first. If you pin multiple announcements, drag-and-drop arrows let you reorder them.
Access: Choose who sees this announcement by assigning it to Roles, Circles, Teams, or specific individuals (staff members, Companies, or Contacts). It becomes visible immediately to your selected audience.
