Configure subscription plans, trial reminders, payment retries, and notification preferences in Unificus.

How do I configure my Subscription Settings?

Go to Office > Settings and select the Subscriptions tab.

This section lets you manage all aspects of your subscription configuration.

Free Trial Reminders

If your subscription includes a Free Trial period, you can set up an advance notice email to alert clients before the trial expires. When enabled, specify how many days ahead you’d like this notification sent.

Payment Retry Settings

When a subscription payment fails, Unificus automatically retries the charge after 1 day by default. You can adjust this to 3 days or 5 days to give clients additional time to update their payment method.

Optionally, send notification emails to the client and/or your staff when a payment attempt fails.

Subscription Cancellation

Decide whether clients are permitted to cancel their own subscriptions. You can also configure emails to notify the client and/or staff members when a cancellation occurs.

Click Select Individual to open a dropdown menu and choose specific staff members who should receive cancellation notifications.

Card Expiration Notices

Set up emails that alert clients (and optionally staff) when a credit card is nearing expiration.
