Unificus

Google Calendar Integration

Connect your Unificus account to Google Calendar for two-way syncing of tasks, follow-ups, and appointments.

Can I sync to/from my Google Calendar?

Absolutely! Unificus integrates with Google Calendar, allowing your tasks, follow-ups, and appointments to automatically display in your Google Calendar alongside your other events.

All staff members, prospects, and clients can individually enable this feature in their own accounts. Admins have the option to disable this capability for specific team members or contacts through the Company Profile / Settings area.

Setting up two-way Google Calendar sync

  1. Open the Flyout Menu and select Integrations.
  1. Locate the Google Calendar (2-WAY Sync) section and click Sign in with Google.
  1. Confirm you’re logged into the correct Google Account.
  1. You’ll be prompted to grant permissions for My Portal App to access your Google Calendar.

What is My Portal App?

When authorizing your Google account, you’ll notice the application shows as “My Portal App.” Here’s what that means:

We’ve built a secure, Google-approved micro-service architecture to maintain white-label branding during the authentication process. This backend system handles all data synchronization between Unificus and Google Calendar while displaying a generic name to your staff and clients. You can trust “My Portal App” completely—it’s our way of keeping your brand front and center while ensuring maximum security.

Granting calendar access permissions

  1. Click Continue to confirm and connect your account.
