OFFICE: File Attachments for Invoices / Estimates / Proposals
Attach, view, and manage files for invoices, estimates, and proposals in Unificus.
File Attachments for Invoices
Start by opening Office > Invoices and selecting the Invoice you’d like to modify. Click Options, then choose Attached Files.
From here, you can see which files are already attached, download them, or add new ones to your Invoice.
Select View to preview how attachments appear on the Invoice itself. The right panel displays the total number of files linked to this document. Choosing View Attached Files gives you access to review, download, or upload additional files.

File Attachments for Estimates
Begin by going to Office > Estimates and locating the Estimate you need. Click Options, then select Attached Files.
This section lets you review existing attachments, save them to your device, or upload additional files to the Estimate.
Click View to see how attachments display on the Estimate document. The right side shows your attachment count. When you click View Attached Files, you can review, download, or add more files.
When converting an Estimate to an Invoice, all attached files transfer automatically and remain attached to the newly created Invoice.

File Attachments for Proposals
Go to Office > Proposals and find the Proposal you want to work on. Click Options, then select Attached Files.
Use this area to examine linked files, download them, or add new files to your Proposal.
Select View to see how attachments appear within the Proposal document itself. This opens the full Proposal view.
If files are already attached, an Attached Files button appears on the left side. This button allows you to review existing files, download them, or upload additional files to the Proposal.
When you convert a Proposal to an Invoice, all attached files carry over and automatically link to the new Invoice.
