Microsoft Teams Integration

Connect Microsoft Teams to Unificus to automatically generate video meetings for your appointments.

About Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is Microsoft’s collaborative workspace platform, included in the Microsoft 365 suite. It combines instant messaging with video conferencing capabilities.

By integrating Teams with Unificus, you can automatically schedule a Teams meeting whenever an appointment is booked. You’ll need a Microsoft 365 account to enable this feature—your contacts don’t require one.

Understanding My Portal App

My Portal App is our Integrations Microservice. We built a secure, white-label microservice architecture that handles authentication and integration management behind the scenes. When you see “My Portal App” during setup, you can trust it’s completely secure and protects your brand identity.
