CRM Deal Pipelines

Organize and track your sales opportunities using customizable deal pipelines in Unificus.

What is a Deal Pipeline?

A Deal Pipeline provides a comprehensive overview of all your sales opportunities within a designated pipeline. You can establish multiple pipelines and view them in different formats: List View, Card View, Stage View, and Forecast View.

Creating a New Pipeline

Begin by navigating to CRM > Deals and selecting Pipelines from the menu bar.

Select the +ADD PIPELINE button.

A configuration window will open where you can enter pipeline details.

Title: Set a name for your pipeline.

Currency: Select the currency type for this pipeline.

Description: Include any relevant context or notes about the pipeline.

Probability: Enable this option by toggling Probability to ON if you want to track deal likelihood.

Viewing Your Pipelines

Access your list of pipelines by clicking Pipelines in the top menu.

To see deals within a specific pipeline, click the three-dot menu next to your chosen pipeline and select View.

Your pipeline will open in Stage View, displaying deals organized by their current stage.

To switch to Forecast View for monthly revenue projections, click the corresponding view button.

Customizing Stages

Select the Manage Stages button to modify your pipeline stages.

Rearrange your stages by dragging them into the desired order. Rename any stage by entering a new title in the Title field.

Add a new stage by clicking the + icon when hovering over an existing stage.

Delete a stage using the Delete option.

If Probability is enabled, you can assign probability percentages to each stage.

Generally, deals closer to completion should have higher probability scores.

Setting Up Stage Automations

While in Stage View, click the Automation icon.

A configuration window will appear allowing you to set automations for when deals enter or exit a stage.

Toggle the switcher to activate automations that trigger when a deal moves into the current stage.

Switch to the ‘out of this stage’ tab to configure automations for when deals progress to the next stage.
