FORMS: Form Themes
Customize your forms with 30+ pre-built themes or create your own personalized designs.
What are Form Themes?
Form Themes allow you to personalize the appearance of your forms. Unificus offers more than 30 ready-made themes with diverse visual styles and layouts. You can adapt these themes to fit your needs, save them as custom versions, and reuse them across multiple forms. Additionally, you have the option to designate any of your custom themes as the default option for all future forms you create.
When you select a theme, the underlying CSS code becomes available for modification. If you make adjustments to a standard theme, Unificus automatically prompts you to preserve those changes as a new custom theme, ensuring your edits aren’t lost and can be applied to other forms later.
Your themes can be shared with other users through the Template Library, enabling community collaboration.

How do I use Form Themes?
You can apply themes to a newly created form or an existing one. To begin with a fresh form, navigate to Forms > + Create Form, choose your desired form type, and you’ll be directed to the form editor interface.
On the right side, select Link / Embed.
Scroll down until you locate the Colors & Theme section. From here, choose a theme from the available options, or leave it as No Theme if you prefer to adjust only the color scheme without saving a specific theme.
To save a new theme, pick one from the dropdown menu—we’ll use “Juno” in this example. Configure your accent colors, then continue scrolling past the success message configuration and any Custom CSS code.
At the page’s bottom, two choices appear. Switch on Create a Custom Form Theme to store your modifications as a new theme, and provide a name for it. Be sure to click Save afterward.
Alternatively, select Overwrite an existing Custom Form Theme to replace one of your previously saved themes. A dropdown will display your available themes for selection. Once you’ve chosen which theme to replace, click Save.
For forms you’ve already built, go to Options > Link / Embed to access your theme settings more quickly.
From this menu, select your desired theme and make modifications using the same process outlined above. When browsing themes, a preview displays on the right side of your screen.
How do I Manage Form Themes?
After saving your first theme, you can view all your custom themes by visiting Forms > Themes.
Click Options next to any theme to Edit it, see a Preview, mark it as a Favorite, Contribute it to the Template Library, or Delete it.
Selecting Edit opens a panel where you can update the theme’s name, adjust colors, and modify Custom CSS code alongside a live preview.
