Learn how to customize which default CRM fields display in your Unificus contact management.

What are CRM Default Fields?

CRM Default Fields are the standard fields automatically available for every contact you create in Unificus. These include common information like Address, Website, and other contact details.

You have full control over field visibility. Most of these default fields can be shown or hidden based on your preferences.

You can also manage the display of contact Avatars (profile images). When you hide this field, it will remain visible in your main CRM Dashboard but will disappear from the CRM > Contacts List View.


How do I Hide the Default Fields?

  1. Go to CRM > Settings
  2. Select the Default Fields tab
  3. Check the boxes next to each field you want to display
  4. Any field left unchecked will be hidden from view

Note: The Image field works differently. Hiding it will remove the entire Image column (which contains contact Avatars) from your CRM List View.
