My Calendar
View and manage your scheduled appointments, events, and tasks in one convenient calendar interface.
What is My Calendar?
My Calendar provides a comprehensive view of your upcoming Appointments, Events, and Tasks. From this single location, you can schedule new Appointments, modify existing ones, or remove them from your calendar.
Access this feature by going to Calendar > My Calendar.
My Calendar displays your scheduled Tasks, Follow-Ups, and Appointments in an organized layout.
Appointments
Your Appointments appear with color-coded status indicators for quick reference. Status updates occur automatically when the scheduled Time Slot arrives.
Both participants in an Appointment can see it on their respective Calendars.
Tasks
Get a snapshot of all your upcoming Tasks. You can add a new Task directly to your calendar by selecting any date.
Select a Task to make changes. Items remain visible on My Calendar until you mark them as “Complete.”
Follow-Ups
Any scheduled Follow-up appears automatically on My Calendar. Click any Follow-Up to adjust its details.
Calendar Views
Toggle between month and week views. You can also navigate to any specific month and year combination.
Use the navigation arrows to jump between months quickly. The current button returns you to today’s month immediately.
Reminder Settings
While in My Calendar, select the bell icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
A side panel opens where you can customize Reminders & Notifications for your Appointments and Follow-Ups.
Select your preferred notification type and how many minutes before the event you’d like to be alerted.
Click +Add notification to set up multiple notification types for the same item.
You can apply your settings globally by selecting Apply to all future & existing appointments/events, which overrides any individual configurations.
Super Admin and Admin Roles have the additional capability to send Appointment Notifications/Reminders to the Target of an Appointment.
Note: This operates as a Global setting, but each Contact can customize their own Calendar preferences to override the default.
Outlook Email Notifications
Receive an email digest containing all your upcoming Appointments & Follow-Ups.
Choose Daily or Weekly delivery, which day of the week to receive it (such as Monday to plan ahead), and how many days to include in the digest.
Set the time for the email based on your timezone.
Click Send Test Email to see how your digest will look.
TIP: The test email shows your layout and formatting, but uses placeholder data without active links.
