Activity Stream
Track platform events, emails, and login history with role-based access control.
What is the Activity Stream?
The Activity Stream serves as a chronological record of all events, messages, and access attempts happening within Unificus. It documents every action taken on the platform—from document creation and task modifications to company deletions—along with notification emails sent to team members and their login timestamps. The information displayed is personalized based on your user role and associated permissions.
This feature is unavailable to Contacts and Freelancers.
Accessing the Activity Stream
Open the Flyout Menu and select Activity Stream.
Use the top navigation bar to switch between different Activity Stream sections.
Activity
This is the default view when opening Activity Stream. Return to it anytime by clicking Activity in the top navigation.
You’ll see a complete record of all platform actions performed by team members and contacts.
View a complete log of all notification emails sent to users.
Select Email from the top navigation menu.
Select the three dots next to any email to view its content or send it again.
Logins
Review the entire history of login activity, including both successful and failed attempts.
Select Logins from the top navigation menu.
Settings
Manage who can access the Activity Stream and which sections they’re allowed to view.
Select Settings from the top navigation menu.
You can control visibility for the Activity, Email, and Logins tabs independently.
By Role: Assign which roles have access to each tab. If a role is excluded from all three tabs, that role won’t see the Activity Stream option in their Flyout Menu.
By Individual or Team: Grant access to specific staff members or click “Select All” to enable access for your entire team. You can also manage permissions by team.
