PROJECTS: Archived Projects

Learn how to archive, restore, and manage inactive projects in Unificus.

What is an Archived Project?

An Archived Project is one that’s no longer in active use. This might be because the work has finished and doesn’t need ongoing tracking, or the client has decided to cancel it.

Finding Your Archived Projects

Head to Projects > Projects, then select the Archive tab from the top menu.

All your archived items will display here. Keep in mind that Archived Projects cannot be modified, and team members assigned to tasks within them won’t have access to view them.

Managing Archived Projects

Use the Options menu (three dots) next to any archived item to access these actions:

View: Browse a summary of the archived project. Note that you won’t be able to see associated Tasks, Phases, or other details.

Delete: Permanently remove the archived project from Unificus. This action cannot be reversed.

Restore: Reactivate the project so it’s editable again. All original settings and task assignments will be preserved.

How to Archive a Project

Go to Projects > Projects and locate the project you’d like to archive.

Click the Options menu (three dots) for that project and choose Archive.
