Unificus

WordPress Direct Login Plugin

Enable seamless single sign-on from your WordPress site into Unificus using our free plugin.

How the WordPress plugin works

Our WordPress plugin creates a direct authentication pathway that lets your users access their Unificus portal without navigating through the standard login screen.

When users submit credentials through the plugin’s form, they skip the platform’s authentication interface entirely and land directly in their portal dashboard.

Installing the WordPress plugin

You can add this functionality to your WordPress site at no cost using our free WordPress Plugin, available here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/client-portal-unificus-login/

After installation and activation, locate the plugin controls in your WordPress admin menu at Settings > Platform Login.

Within the plugin settings, you’ll find a field for your Custom URL—this establishes the connection to your Unificus account. Once configured, your clients will be automatically authenticated and taken straight to their portal, bypassing the login page entirely.

Configuring the plugin

The settings panel lets you customize the appearance of your login form and enter your Custom Domain URL (leave blank if you don’t have a custom domain configured).

Adding the login form to your site

Choose whichever method fits your workflow:

  1. Shortcode method: Insert [wp_unificus_login /] on any page or post to display a “Login” button that opens the authentication form when clicked.

  2. Custom menu link: Go to Appearance > Menus and add a custom link using the parameters shown in the example below:

  1. Default login link: From Appearance > Menus, you can also add a standard Login link directly.
