Sync your Outlook Calendar with Unificus to manage tasks, follow-ups, and appointments across both platforms.

Can I sync to/from my Outlook Calendar?

Absolutely! Unificus connects seamlessly with your Microsoft Outlook Calendar. When you set up this integration, your tasks, follow-ups, and appointments automatically appear in both Unificus and Outlook. Additionally, any events you create in Outlook will sync into Unificus, and updates made in either platform reflect instantly on the other.

All staff members, prospects, and clients can enable this two-way sync for their individual accounts. If needed, administrators can restrict this feature for specific team members or contacts through the Company Profile settings.

How do I set up the 2-WAY Sync with my Microsoft Outlook Calendar?

  1. Open the Flyout Menu and select Integrations.

  1. In the Microsoft Outlook Calendar (2-WAY Sync) section, click the Sign in with Microsoft button.

  2. Make sure you’re logged into the Microsoft account you want to connect.

  3. You’ll be prompted to grant specific permissions for the integration.

What is My Portal App?

During the connection process, you’ll authorize “My Portal App” to access your Microsoft account. This is Unificus’s secure integration service, built with a white-label architecture that Microsoft approves and oversees.

Authorizing the appropriate Access

Proper permissions are essential for two-way synchronization to function correctly.

  1. Review the requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the connection.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select which calendar to sync with Unificus.

  3. Click Push Existing Data to complete the setup.

You’ll see a confirmation message once synchronization begins. Your integration is now ready to use!

Tip: You can turn off or disconnect the sync anytime by clicking the Delete button.
