Academy

The Academy serves as your central training resource, offering educational content to help your team master best practices and unlock your platform’s full potential. You’ll find two main content tracks here: the S.A.T Series and the “How-To” Series.

Who Can Access the Academy?

You control which team members get Academy access through your account settings. Navigate to Flyout > Platform Branding to manage permissions.

In the Academy section, use the toggle to grant access by Role or by Individual / Team.

Once you’ve enabled Academy access, your team members can find it in their Flyout Menu.

Select either the S.A.T Series or “How-To” Series to browse available courses.

A left sidebar will appear displaying all lesson options within your chosen series.
