What are Form Field Choice Actions?

Form Field Choice Actions let you build tailored client experiences by responding dynamically to their form answers. This feature creates engagement opportunities and streamlines workflows based on individual responses.

Form Field Choice Actions work with Radio Button, Checkbox, and Dropdown Selection Custom Fields. You can apply them to Custom Fields on Kickoff, Update, or Support Ticket Forms—whether those fields already exist in your portal or are created directly within the form.

How do I add Form Field Choice Actions?

Follow these steps to set up Form Field Choice Actions:

  1. Add a Custom Field with selection options to your form.
  1. Click the field to access its configuration options.
  1. Locate the Selection Actions section in the field options.
  1. Click the action button to define what occurs when a client selects this particular option.
  1. Select the Circle(s) that clients will be added to or removed from when they make this selection, then click Save.

Once configured, whenever a client selects that option while completing the form, they’ll automatically be added to or removed from your chosen Circle(s).
