Login Alerts for Contacts and Staff

Set up notifications when users access your Unificus portal and review login history.

Receive Notifications When Users Access the Portal

Want to stay informed whenever someone signs into Unificus? You can activate this feature through your Organization Settings.

Start by opening the Flyout Menu and selecting Organization Settings.

At the bottom of the page, locate the General Settings section. Here you’ll find toggles for notifying you when Prospects, Clients, or Staff Members access the platform.

When you switch a notification ON, a dropdown appears so you can pick which Staff Members should receive alerts. Use Select All to notify your entire team.

For Prospects and Clients, notifications can be routed to their assigned Coordinator.


View Login Activity Records

To see when Prospects and Clients have logged in, go to CRM > Contacts and open the specific Contact record.

Select the Logs tab in the top navigation.

The Log section shows exact login dates, times, IP addresses, and login status for each session.

Important: To access Staff Member login details, visit Flyout > Activity Stream > Logins.
