CRM: Settings

Configure CRM settings including companies, visibility modes, fields, forms, exports, and SMS formatting.

How do I configure my CRM Settings?

Access CRM configuration by going to CRM > Settings.

Use the vertical menu to navigate between different setting sections.

Company Settings

Manage company-specific configurations here, including Circle settings and Company matching options for Kickoff forms.

Automatically Create A Circle For Each Company You Create?

When this option is enabled, the system generates a Circle automatically whenever you add a new Company. These Circles let you assign platform features like Portal Pages and Shared Folders to specific companies. As Contacts join or leave a Company, they’re automatically included or removed from assigned resources.

Create A Company Circle For Existing Companies?

If you already have Companies in your system before turning on the automatic Circle creation feature, use this button to generate Circles for those existing Companies retroactively.

Company Match Option

Set your similarity threshold percentage for Company matching within Kickoff forms. When a Contact enters a Company name in the form field, the system compares it against existing Companies using your threshold. For example, at 75%, any Company name matching an existing one by 75% or more gets assigned to that existing Company. Names matching below 75% trigger creation of a new Company.

Salesperson “Claim” Visibility Options

SHARED Visibility Mode

When a Primary Contact is affiliated with multiple Companies, different Salespersons can claim each one. Those Salespersons automatically gain SHARED access to the Primary Contact that their respective Companies have in common. Every Company requires one Primary Salesperson. That individual (or an Admin) may extend Company visibility to additional team members.

Salespersons can claim available Companies and release those they’re linked to. They can also claim standalone Contacts unaffiliated with any Company, then share visibility as needed.

EXCLUSIVE Visibility Mode

Only a single Salesperson receives visibility to an entire Network (the Primary Contact plus all Companies they represent). Once a Salesperson claims or is granted access to a Company or Primary Contact, they get EXCLUSIVE visibility across the whole Network. If another Salesperson already has access to any Company in that Network and EXCLUSIVE rules apply, that Salesperson loses all visibility immediately.

Salespersons can claim available Companies and release assigned ones. They may also claim individual Contacts with no Company association and manage sharing rights accordingly.

Color and Text Customization

Define colors for your Title, Background, Label, Subtext, and Submit Button. Customize the Submit Button text. A real-time preview displays your changes as you work.

Optionally adjust the Submit Button to brighten or darken on hover and modify the effect intensity.

Post-Submission Behavior

Fully customize the message shown after form submission. Alternatively, disable the message and redirect Contacts to a custom URL instead.

Additional Display Options

Hide form title: Remove the form’s title display.

Hide required message: Eliminate the default “Fields with * are required.” text.

Enable animated labels: Field labels animate upward to make room for responses. Not all Form Themes support animation.

Remove form padding: Eliminate horizontal spacing around fields and titles.

Make form transparent: Delete the background entirely—useful when embedding over images or designs.

Remove border from form: Eliminate the bottom border and drop shadow effect.

Hide vertical scroll bar: Forms normally size to screen resolution with a scroll bar if needed. Disabling this removes scrolling capability for oversized forms.

Add custom CSS: Apply advanced styling through custom code.

Export CSV Permissions

Designate which Roles can export data from your Contacts and Companies.

Click each field and pick a Role from the dropdown. Assign multiple Roles per field as needed.

SMS Phone Formatting

Formatting tools for SMS phone numbers are located here.

Format Existing Phone Numbers

Click the button to prepare existing Phone Number Fields for SMS delivery. Select your target Phone Field from the dropdown to view all records with incorrect formatting.

Edit phone numbers individually and add Country codes separately by selecting each record. Alternatively, toggle Bulk Apply Country Code to assign one Country Code across all records at once.

Copy Phone Numbers to SMS Field

Click the button to transfer Phone Number Fields into an SMS-enabled field.

Choose your source Phone Field from the Source dropdown and your SMS-enabled target field. You can select targets by field name as well.

Bulk copy all fields, overwrite existing data, or copy fields individually.
