Organizing Your Messages

Folders give you the flexibility to categorize and store your messages in ways that fit your workflow, supplementing what your standard Inbox provides.

Moving Messages to Folders

To transfer one or more messages from your Inbox into a folder:

  1. Check the box next to the message(s) you want to move
  2. Click the “Bulk Action” dropdown menu
  3. Select “Archive To Folder”
  4. Choose an existing folder, or click “Create Folder” to set up a new one
  5. If creating a new folder, enter the folder name and click “Add”

Editing or Removing Folders

To modify a folder, hover over it in the left-side menu. Two options will appear:

  • Rename — Update the folder’s name
  • Delete — Remove the folder

Note: When you delete a folder, any messages it contains automatically return to your Inbox.
