Configure your Unificus calendar with appointment, generator, reminder, and display settings.
Managing Your Calendar Configuration
Access your calendar’s advanced options by going to Calendar > Settings. You’ll find the settings icon in the top menu of the Calendar view.
Appointment Settings
Head to Calendar > Settings > Appointment Settings to manage how your team interacts with appointments.
Visibility and Permissions
Use the toggle to enable or disable the ‘View All’ Appointments feature for staff members. When activated, you can grant this access to specific roles, teams, or individual users.
Those same users can also be given permission to schedule new appointments and cancel existing ones.
Viewing Preferences
Click the My ‘View All’ Appointments Preferences arrow to customize how appointments display for you.
Note: Each staff member with View All Appointments access can personalize their own viewing preferences in their individual Appointment Settings.
List View Option
Prefer a list format? Select “list” from the dropdown menu, then click the Appointments option at the top to see your appointments in list view.
Appointment Generator Defaults
Navigate to Calendar > Settings > Appointment Generator Defaults to control how appointments can be created.
Enabling Appointment Creation
Toggle Appointment Scheduling on or off. When disabled, users won’t see the +Add Appointment button. When enabled, you can decide whether contacts can create their own appointments.
Availability Blocking
Optionally remove automatic availability blocks for:
- Google Calendar Events
- Assigned CRM Follow-Ups
- Other Calendars of the assigned staff member
Custom Button Text
Personalize the confirmation button label and add a message that appears next to the Add Appointment button on your calendar.
Appointment Reminder Defaults
Set up default reminder emails and notifications for both contacts and staff members in this section.
Calendar Defaults
Go to Calendar > Settings > Calendar Defaults to adjust your calendar’s basic display settings.
Select which day you’d like your week to start on.
