Understand why you see a second login screen and how to select your account.
Why am I seeing a second login screen?
If your email is linked to multiple Unificus accounts, you’ll encounter the Login Launchpad screen.
This occurs when you’re set up as a Staff Member or Contact across different accounts.
How does the Launchpad work?
The Launchpad provides a dropdown list to choose which Company account you’d like to access. After selecting your organization, simply enter your password to proceed.
